I am watching Patrol ng pilipino in channel 2 and i was struck about their investiative report entitled “kuliglig in the city” and i ask myself does these police officials have to apply brutality to these people (tricycle drivers) this stories should really be heard and resolved this officials are so not to be called officials because the word security for them doesn’t even exist, to add on to that they don’t know what rules really mean but then again they uttered for green :|
